Meet The Dental Team

Lynn is the first point of contact at Jourdain Dental Care. She joined us with extensive customer service experience having worked at Telus as a Senior CSR for 18 years. While there, she received recognition for her involvement in new process implementation across North America, two accolades in sales for rectifying two large scale billing accounts, and accolades in customer service based on customer nominations and reviews. She started her career as a hair stylist in Creston, BC before moving back to Alberta to start her family.

Lynn is investigative by nature and is always willing to help our patients with any questions or concerns they may have regarding insurance policies, financial assistance, and continuing treatment plans. She is very knowledgeable in dealing with different insurance providers and likes to see problem resolutions through until the end so that our patients are not left paying large unexpected portions out of pocket.

Lynn handles all of the specialist referrals here at Jourdain Dental, and is a great resource for any questions you may have. She is always a friendly face in the office and eager to help. Lynn is married with one son, and when she’s not working she enjoys gardening, riding her bike, cooking, hiking, and reading a good book.
