Appointment Policy

A scheduled appointment is made to guarantee equal and adequate time for treatment of each patient. Should you wish to reschedule or cancel a designated appointment time we request that you please provide Jourdain Dental Care with 48 hours notice or a cancellation fee may apply. This notification allows the staff to fill your original appointment time with other short notice patients awaiting treatment.

If you are calling the office outside of business hours, we encourage patients to leave a detailed voicemail to avoid any incurred charges for missed appointments. We will be sure to return all voicemails promptly once we are back in the office.

Our office policy is to send a postcard a month prior to your advanced booked appointment, which have been pre-scheduled for three months or longer. If no response is heard, we then make a curtesy phone calls two weeks prior to your scheduled appointment to ensure receipt of the appointment card. Please feel free at this time to request an additional reminder call closer to the appointment date should you require one.
